Happy Weighday!
Results are coming in and we are about 1/2 & 1/2 losses and gains. For those that have lost this last week, even the tiny amounts, keep it up, you are doing well. :drinker:
for those that gained this week, life happens. What are we going to do to change what life threw out this week? We are going to show it who is boss!
either way, today is the start of next weeks challenge. Get up, get moving, no feeling sorry because you gained or didn't lose very much. we all know the only way to change that is to get up and move and to eat right! Now let's go do it...:happy:
No matter your results we are here as a "team", reach out to your team for advice if you need it, we are all here for the same reason and maybe your question or concern will help someone else get over a hurdle too!

One week of a baby step backwards, mother nature's forces (in more than one way ) and life, shrug it off :happy:

Well team I have another motivator, well actually 2. First My manager from curves is now my friend on here.:noway: :laugh: after i went running in there just before she was closing for lunch and she stayed over 15 minutes while i finished my circuit :laugh: i better be showin some results LOL. we are having biggest loser contest at curves also. Everyone is putting $5.00 in the pot and whoever loses the most by nov 17 gets all the money----hhmmm, after that shopping spree i need to win that. Not to mention the the benefits of losing feeling better physically, mentallly, and spiritually, i love that feeling!!! whhooo hooo its a great day!!:drinker: :drinker:
