Does anyone know if there is an accurate way to log time spent doing this as it doesnt seem to come up on the exercise list and I literally worked my butt off for an hour on it tonight - I dont want an inaccurate calorie loss reading...............
Cheers :)

I've been trying to figure it out too because I love the Just Dance 2...since I had no way of knowing I went out today and bought an HRM to help me keep track. It's hard to go off this person or that and what they burn because it's really based on how much work you put into it for how much you'll get out of it...kind of the same way with doing Zumba.

I don't have a HRM- maybe need to get one of those. But I worked hard and fast for an hour.... I did the shuffle one and didn't stop. Was sweating my butt off when my sister and I were done. On normal Wii exercise it says 400 calories but obviously I dunno how accurate that is...... Hopefully not too far off!!!

I've been using the "moderate arobics" option to calculate calories for Just Dance. I feel the same sort of work out from both!

I, personally, would consider Just Dance to be low impact since that is how I count Zumba(per sparkpeople). But, that is only my opinion.

Well, I personally am quite out of shape at this point in time so for me it is a moderate activity. As I get in better shape I'll likely need to demote it to a light activity. ;-)
I also do Just Dance Kids with my children and that one is definitely a light activity for me. But regular Just Dance gets me sweating and breathing hard, so moderate it is for now!
