I have some workout videos that I don't use anymore mostly videos from THE FIRM if you are interested let me know. I saw great results just gotten used to them.

    I might be interested, I've seen a couple of The Firm videos and loved them. Are they DVDs? Which ones do you have? Any favorites? Thanks!

At the time I used it it challenged me now it doesn't. I will try and find videos of it tonight. I also have taebo its bootcamp just the advanced and the abs dvd. 30 for the fanny lifter and videos.

    Too much $$. You can buy them cheaper at Wal-mart and they're brand new.

    Actually they don't have most firm workout videos at walmart I had to order those online. I payed 60 or more for the sets.. the fanny lifter is 12in steps with 3 workout videos each have 3 segments to it.
