Hi Everyone!

I am fairly new here (just a couple of weeks) and I was wondering if everyone tracks their drink calories?

Thanks for your input. I really love this place!

Absolutely. I drink a lot of water & Crystal light, which have no calories, but if I have a glass of wine or juice, it goes in my tracker!

    Absolutely!

    They are still calories!

And if you are drinking sugary drinks, not only are the calories an issue, but that amount of sugar will do bad things to your fat loss attempts. Your body can only process a very small amount of sugar at a time for immediately usable energy--the rest is stored as fat, and the insulin spike encourages your body to hang on to fat.

I really try to track everything. Most of the time I drink water, but then again I drink a lot of coffee, each w one tea spoon of sugar. So these cals add up very fast, and are only of carbs. I even tracked the whiskey I had few days ago.
I hardly reccommend to track every intake. That is the only way you really see, what your daily intake is.

They add up and you do not realise how much until you track them!
