i have seen others post their music that gets them through and i thought i would do the same and see if i can find anything new to add to my playlist. right now i have music from:

now i have a few differnt songs by each band on the list cause i get bored easily. what bands get you through a hard workout? i love hearing new music.

Disturbed really gets me going!!! The songs are deceptive, Dave sings kind of slowly, but the beat can really get up there! It'll keep your workout rockin' for sure!0
