I have lost 4 pounds since my weigh in last Tuesday!!
I am so happy and excited!!!

( I cheated this morning and weighed myself before work but my official weigh in time is right before the Biggest Loser comes on so I can get more motivation....but it's the same as it was this morning! whooo hoooooooooooo)
