me running up the stairs. :drinker: :flowerforyou: :drinker: :flowerforyou: Before walking up the stairs would take my breath away. Now when the kids are doing something wrong im up there before they can stop doing what they were doing wrong. :bigsmile:

    Isn't that wonderful? Aneed I'm loving being able to carry a youngun up the stairs without huffing and puffing, and being able to bend down and pick things up with them in my arms-- all such little victories.

    i'm running up and down stairs throughout the day, and it doesn't hurt my knees or make me lose my breath. what a great feeling!
