I lost my courier job about a month ago. It seems not a day went by that I wasn't picking up a toilet bowl off a loading dock and delivering it to a construction site. People were always shocked by how much I could carry. It didn't seem like a lot to me. Last Sunday I carried a 10lb bag of potatoes and 2 gallons of milk and it was harder than I thought it would be. I'm losing my strenghth damnit!

I've been eyeballing my toilet. Do you know how much your toilet bowl weighs? It's probably 27lbs. The tank another 16lbs and the seat and hardwear about 3lbs. That was the standard. I don't know that I can remove my toilet, carry it around the block, and replace it before I need to pee again.

So it's cool if I come to your house, remove your toilet, and run it up the stairs a few times, right?

Try a kettlebell in a weight similar to a toilet. Just carry that around or do a few moves and your strength and cardiovascular system will be working.
