But I am so damn tired- I would love nothing more than just to go to bed but I told myself at 7:30 I will workout take a bath and then go to bed.
Not to mention Im ooober bloated from increasing my fiber- everything was good at first but now its not helping me its actually hurting me- Well its 7:31 I should've started my workout gotta get motivated to get it done and over with

I decided to work out this morning. I felt the exact same way as you but after I workout out, I felt good all day.0

It's a struggle (most of the time for me), but you will feel better. Just do it!
I read this great article that helps me get up in the morning. It was by a trainer who struggles to get out of bed every day to go running (it's not just us!). He said, "I will do what I need to do in order to do what I want to do." That helps me get out of bed, oh about 70% of the time. :laugh:0
