Alright my name is Jenna, I am 32 years old 5'7. I have 2 amazing boys, Luke is 4 years old and Benji is 1 year. I have been married for 12 years this year. I have struggled with my weight for ever and I am so tired of being a fatty. I exercise 5 days a week but the scale wont let up, soooo.....I am going to me a Nazi about counting my calories and see what happens next.
I have been reading everyone's success stories and they are really inspiring to me so thank you for sharing your personal things in your lives. I am going to try my best in writing blogs and updating my progress as well. I am currently 168 pounds and would at least like to get to 150 then then make a new goal for myself. If anyone has any encouraging words, please have at it.

Welcome! This is a great site if you are looking for encouragement! Started using the Android app about 3 wks ago, and just signed on here a little over a week ago, and already have met so many supportive, encouraging people! Very motivating
Feel free to add me if you want, I would love to help support you in your success here! 0 -
Welcome, I'm rather new here. In my thirties, two kids and started out at 162. Trying not to continue the weight gain train because at one point I was very near 200 and worked hard to get that off but I started gaining the weight again over the weight again over the last few years. Good luck to you.0

Welcome, I've been using this site for about a month and I love it. I'm at a similar age, height, starting weight as you. I was at the same place, working out regularly but not losing, kinda knew it had to be the food but didn't want to admit it! So far the calorie counting does seem to be working. Feel free to add me if you would like!0

counting the calories going into your body is the most important aspect of weight loss. by counting calories, you are taking away the mystery of weight and turning it into hard science, and hard science is quantifiable and calculable.
so you are making the best decision you possibly can to lose weight.
good luck.0 -
THANKS MKENNEDYM,
I have NEVER counted calories so I really hope this works out for me. Day 4 and still going strong, I would also have to say that this site/app makes it easy to input information which makes it even more of a plus.0 -
Welcome! Tis a wonderful site with a wonderful community! People here help motivate you and love giving advice.
Welcome to the family and good luck.

Keep your eyes on the prize...the prize is above the Milanos, so keeping your eyes on the prize keeps them off the milanos.

Know yourself. Know when to be hard. Know when to be gentle. Be rigorously honest with yourself.
Glad you are here.0
