Lunches

I have been making tuna salad lettuce wraps with tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers and onions and black olives this week for my lunches and have really enjoyed them. Is there something similar I can make for next week with lots of veggies? I am a diabetic and I would like to stay away from the starches and extra calories in breads

those sound yummy.. I may try that for next week
I've been eating a lot of spinach salad this week.
If you like chili I have a fabulous raw food recipe for chili ( all fresh veggies), let me know if you would like it. Makes a lot but you can shrink the ingredients down to make a smaller batch.0 -
Okay this may sound dumb but everything you listed is that all that's in it and you wrap it up on a leaf of lettuce?? I've never heard of doing this but is sure sounds yummy and I love tuna so I'm always trying find new things to do with it.0
