Wanna get an amazing workout and raise money for pediatric cancer research?
On Saturday, April 6, 2011, come join me in Allen, Texas for the 2nd Annual March to Kaiden's Cadence, put on by a local boot camp organization. This event is a 2-hour fitness boot camp where as a participant you will run through a series of boot camp drills designed to burn some serious calories, tighten your core, and tone your muscles. All of the drills are designed to be FUN, POSITIVE, and TEAM-ORIENTED! This event is for EVERYBODY! It doesn't matter what your fitness level or background, all are welcome to come participate at whatever level works best for you. I've been doing this boot camp for almost two years now and my average calorie burn per hour is 700 calories!
All proceeds are going to the St. Baldrick's Foundation, a charity that gives more to pediatric cancer research than any other organization besides the government. This event is very near and dear to my heart, because my son is the inspiration behind the March.
If you want to know more, check out it out here: www.transformationbootcamp.com/kaiden
[I'm hoping I'm not breaking the rules about advertising, but I don't get any financial gain from this. Just the satisfaction that I helped raise money for kids with cancer]
