Woo hoo i am getting there slowly and by that i mean in 4 weeks i have lost 1 and a half stone i feel fitter and more energised. :laugh:

    One and half stone in 4 weeks that is amazing and you must feel on top of the world. Well done you. Nice to see another Londoner on here.

    Wow, I wouldn't say that is slowly, in 4 weeks you have lost 21lbs!! Amazing weight loss, congrats to you, keep it up amd please share your secrets!! :drinker:

    Well i joined the gym, and with the gym came some shakes which trained me in not being hungry. I realised I am nearly thirty and i was putting on to much weight. I didnt want to start a new chapter in my life being my heaviest ever. So i joined this site and learnt to eat better than I ever have just knowing how many calories I need in order to maintain my lifestyle was great. I wouldnt say I am dieting i just watch what I eat. Never been one to stick to any kind of diet or plans in fact I have never tried.

    I am now at a point where I am more aware about whats going in to my body, I prepare my meals myself which is great rather than buying a snack and I have just totally changed my attitude to the gym. I mean i was scared before I joined up and i bought in to getting a personal trainer and he is the best thing ever.

    Sorry my reply is a bit disjointed but this has to be one of the biggest achievements for me

    JUST LOG EVERYTHING, EVEN IF YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY AND YOU EAT WAY OVER YOUR CALORIES YOU WILL FIND IT BALANCES OUT.
