My progress so far

Hi all...today was my "official weigh/measure" day at my gym...I started there on March 11 of this year.
I'm very happy to report that I have lost :
11 lbs
8 total inches...1/2 ea arm & leg, 2 hips, 3 BELLY!!! (yay, my bigest problem)
1 chest (boooooo...lol)

I reduced my BMI by 2 pts and my body fat % by over 2%
I'm very happy with these results!

I also changed my starting weight and date on here...I had started on my phone, and found t his much easier, but had to start a whole new account when I started on the PC...so now it is accurate :)

    Way to go! And great job taking the measurements as well as the bodyfat % as I didn't do that until this past month when I started P90X. It helps when you start building muscle and definition.
