    I am not sure of your goals but I am good with support, advice, and motivation. Since the beginning of the year I have lost 110 pounds. I am not done but on the right path. I know I wouldn't have been as successful as I have been without the support of my wife and friends. Feel free to add me. I am Steve by the way.
