Hello everyone,
My names Nick, I'm obviously new to the site. I'm an Army Vet, just moved to NYC for work and I'm trying to lose weight for my job (I work in a prison) and for the Army (trying to get promoted). I'd like to get down to about 205lbs, from 244lbs, and I would like to take about 2-3 minutes off my run time. I know the biggest part for me is going to be changing my diet, but I hope using the site and keeping track of the food I eat will help.
Any tips and advice is greatly appreciated. Best of luck to eveyone...

Good luck to you! You will find a lot of support on this website. Changing diet is hard. Small changes work best. Log your food - that is my best recommendation.0
