Bananas Raw vs Frozen

Greetings, Everyone!!
When I chart 1 cup of sliced bananas and compare the sugar to the sugar listed for a cup of mashed bananas, the raw shows 18 grams of sugar and the frozen raw banana shows no sugar.
How does that happen or is it a mistake?
Thank you, I appreciate your time!

You need to weigh your bananas and use those entries a cup is not an accurate measure of solids0

Thank you, I will do that. Do you know about the sugar difference? That is baffling me.0

Freezing increases the amount of sugar in the bananas.
Just kidding.0 -
Freezing does increase weight though...not by much, but any extra moisture will add some weight0
