but then......................I decided to measure and I've lost an inch and 1/2 in my waistline!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoooooooooooooooooooo!!! Im so excited. Sometimes I just can't believe I am actually succeeding at something. Since I hit menopause and everything just seemed to fall apart in my life and I honestly didn't want to go on:( But coming here and "learning" how to take care of myself physically is making all the difference. I had to go through what I went through to become willing to really "JUST DO IT" <img src="http://content.sweetim.com/sim/cpie/emoticons/00020148.gif">

By the way, Rolling on the floor laughing can burn as many as 100 cpr(calories per roll)

Thank you Lord and thank you MFP(all the people here)

Good for you. I know I've went a couple of weeks and haven't lost any weight, but I've lost 3/4 of an inch from my waist.

Good job on the inches. I never weighed myself. The way you know is the clothes. When your clothes start getting big you know inches are melting away. So say goodbye to the scale its much more rewarding that way...

I too have hit many plateaus along the way, and it is sooo easy to get down on yourself, but stick to what you know works and the numbers will start moving again!!:flowerforyou: I also know that for a couple days every month, the numbers are not going to move for me due to that time of month! So, think of menopause as a blessing in that respect!!

Good luck and keep at it!!
