So Blogilates (Fitness Youtuber) has a 12-Week Challenge to tone up and lose weight. If you follow her meal plan and work out along with her calendar, you're likely to get in shape after the 3 months that you're on the plan.

I plan on starting it tomorrow. Is anyone willing to join me and do it together? I don't plan on falling off of this meal plan; I've already let my family know about it so my motivation is on high. We can do this!

You look good in your profile PIC, not sure where you want to lose weight / tone up lol.
Can't see the routine or meal plan but unless the meal plan is custom made for you chances are you won't be getting the best results you could.
