Hi

Looking for support in the Antelope Valley Area ( Lancaster/Palmdale California area). I have been on my journey over a year and have lost quite a few pounds. I am still trying to reach my goal but it has been slow due to disabilities that occurred from my work. I have to move more like a snail, which is ok. I just am looking forward to being more healthier and reaching my weight goal.

    Palmdale ca here. Extremely busy and stressed out from work. Would be nice to have some to walk or exercise with.
