I am ordering us a pepperoni pizza tonight for dinner as its football night.
Eagles are playing. I placed in 3 slices ( i used to eat 4) of pepperoni in my log, and it really ate up my calories, but I consider it a reward. My workout will get me 200 more calories to be able to have a good lunch and perhaps a soda with dinner.

I use to eat 5 little ceaser's slices easy. and still wash it down with about 32 oz of soda, and bread stix. Now I get two slices and am ready to call the quits because I feel full quicker. I use to really love that feeling of getting so bloated that you just need to lie down for a while and relax. Man how times have changed.0
