Is it alright to be over on your fat macros

If it comes from healthy fats? Like nuts, avocado, olive oil, seeds ect? I just find it hard to reach my protein goals without going over on fat for some reason.

Thanks :)

I'm about 20g above my fat tonight. No, it doesn't matter. As long as you are within your calories, that's all that matters. If you track macros or track a specific macro, then try to meet those goals (I only track protein carefully). Otherwise, doesn't make a difference.

I go over all the time, still losing weight. I make sure my carbs don't go over, and allow the protien a few grams of wiggle room but the fat I don't stress on too much.

It's fine as long as you stay within your caloric range
