  • 15 minutes of yoga and a 30 minute leisure walk.
  • 45 min walk moderate speed. Doesn't sound like much compared to everyone else . But, I am quite pleased with myself (*)

    Played tennis for a little over an hour this morning (until the light drizzle turned to a downpour)...am going to put in a little time (20-30 minutes) on the elliptical this evening and throw in some sit-ups.

    Yesterday was elliptical and assisted pull ups, chin ups and dips.
  • Swimming and deep water running for 70 minutes-breast stroke, freestyle, backstroke, treading water, kickboard drills and free pull, 20 minutes elliptical, 30 circuit training and some stretching for my race tomorrow.

    For 26NOV -- it was run 5.245 miles, 30DS, and weight-lifting.....hopefully, all this in prep for Turkey Day...lol!

    LOL, I climbed up and down stairs 19 times and walked 6200 steps getting my Christmas tree out of the attic, set up and the lights on.
