    Struggles or successes of the week: Coming off Thanksgiving so up a few pounds. I hope It is just water and I can drop some quick this week. Ultimate goal is 189 which is 12% body fat by current calculations. Hope to get there by 2/19/15.

    Finding a loss of motivation has hit me square in the face. I mean, I WANT to lose weight and I NEED to lose weight but when I started I was so full of ideas on what I can eat. Now I'm like, what can I eat?? I actually DON'T want to eat bread and carb foods but I just have like a blank!! I know I can look it up but why does my brain feel so fried?? Eating those carbs over Thanksgiving just dumbed me up!! Actually, it did make me realize how much it affects my body, my thinking, my energy!!

    Struggles or successes of the week: I just started a personal challenge but felt I needed some accountability. Naturally, MFP was the first place I turned!! I've had great success in the past with challenges and hope this one will give me the kickstart I need.

    My plan is to get at least one workout in during the weekend. Seriously - its just one hour. I should be able to get that in. I never seem to somehow...

    Struggles or success, just getting over loss of husband oct 11th, eat more when depressed and time of year is not really helping. Will really try and give this my all as I need to get back to the living.

    Guess my goal is a bit high, well at least not gaining that is good.

    Struggles or successes of the week: Was sick most of the week so I did not get to the gym and unfortunately had plenty of time in the house to nibble throughout the day. Thought I would be lucky to stay even so was surprised by this little loss, kind of don't trust it -

    December weight loss so far: 1.9

    Struggles or successes for the week: Success- Just got home from vacation and I actually lost weight while we were gone. That's a first! Struggles-already starting some Christmas parties so need to really watch it when I go to those.

    All the sweets everywhere and every time I turn around someone is offering me a drink...I don't want to be rude lol...really I had something alcoholic Fri, Sat, Sun. My goal is to cut to down to one day.

    Struggles or successes of the week: I have a pretty tame week ahead but boredom some times comes with that and I tend to overeat. So my goal is to be mindful of the boredom and not stuff my face!

    Struggle: It's still the end of the semester. I'm in the home stretch, just have to make it through a few more days!
    Successes: 6.6 pounds! I'm so happy! Also, I reached my goal of working out 4 times in the last week.
