I feel a you. I am a bit worried about my breasts getting smaller, even though I never had particularly small ones. I just really like the size they are currently at (a full something C).

It's rather conflicting, because I could just let it be as I am technically not at an unhealthy weight. Unfortunately, I do have an unhealthy fat percentage so in any case I am slightly screwed. :(

Damn our bodies making spot-reducing impossible!

I'm actually praying for my breasts to shrink! 50lbs down and I've gone from a 38H to a 36GG (UK sizes) and I'm really hoping a lot more will come off with the next 30-40lbs.

I have NEVER lost a cup size. Ever! So I'm right there praying with ya! No matter how much I weigh, I'm a DDD. My sis loses cup sizes when she loses weight and gains cup sizes when she gains weight. I just don't know how that works. My mom is like me. Maybe it's a genetic thing, but other than going under the knife, I'm not getting rid of these.

Also, to the OP, my booty is tiny, and I can't do squats because of health problems. Know how you feel. It's a strange feeling but I'm happy to be smaller.

I didn't lose boob until I started strength training. I'm not sure if it's related, but I've dieted to this weight before and retained boobage.

My breasts have deflated... >.< It's frustrating that that is the first thing that goes. I've lost 30lbs and so far I still have my butt, and my hips are noticably curvy because my middle is smaller! I will probably be devastated at the way my chest looks after I lose this next 30lbs. Hubby is trying to keep it all in perspective for me, but I loved my large boobs!

I definitely get more curvy when I lose weight. I feel like, with excess weight, I'm just a rounded blob!

Really? When I dropped weight too quickly, I went down to a 32E/F and was distraught. When I was injured and regained weight I went up to a 36H. They look much better now, to be honest. I hope a slow loss will keep me at a 32G/H when all is said and done.

32 G/H sounds like porn star big for a thin person. why would you want that? That isn't natural for most people who are thin. even 32 E/F sounds insanely big to me and you were distraught about it being too small?????

I'm not worried at all. Actually I was always my curviest at a lower weight. Right now I'm still about 33 lbs heavier than what I want to be, but as I'm approaching my target weight, my waist is getting smaller, my abs flatter, and my wide hips and round butt will never go away (will get a little smaller, but it will be there.) So, actually I can't wait :)

If my boobs go below a D cup I'm stopping

This. My boobs are the only part of my body I like--if they go I'm not losing any more weight, chubbiness be damned. I have wide hips and no butt, so I don't know what kind of weight I'll lose there.

Oh my word. People are worried about going below a D or calling a C small?! I was a 34B/C to begin with..... And am now just about filling a B bra, but probably should go 32B or 34A realistically, if this keeps going.

Now I just feel horrid and like a boy, it appears boobs are a determining factor in what makes you look feminine :(

Haha. I that does seem rather silly when you put it that way.

Seriously, though, I view it more as a relative thing, rather than a measure of what makes your body feminine. I assume a whole lot of us here have learnt to be proud of our bodies, our curves. In my case suddenly having boobs balanced out my butt. So the idea that may change can be a bit unsettling, since I fear I might not be happy with the result and will have to learn loving it all over again.

Either that or go even lower on the scale to out-balance your butt.

Who said that? Nobody even suggested it

Those of us who are norkily-gifted, are just used to being bigger and I'd have a huge adjustment to make if I lost much more than 2 or 3 cup sizes

I've gone from a 36DD/E/F to a 34D or DD (as you go down a strap size you go up a cup size so I've lost 2 cup sizes in 41lbs)

Small boobs are equally charming - they're just not me. How I feel about myself has no bearing on how you feel about you ..

I was a tiny five year old with a booty. Definitely not worried, but I'm much happier now that the curvy bits are a lot more manageable!

A 32 B would be heaven; I'd love to be that size. Some people like bigger breasts, but not everyone does. It's just a matter of preference.

I don't know if you can see from my pictures... but I still have plenty of curves, believe me.

when you're used to being average or big, C cups seem very small. i would be devastated if i went below DD because i've been that big or larger since i was 15. when i lose weight i will likely still need a reduction because i'm a 38JJ (UK size, which is something like a US38M), but if i lose too much i'll just try to have them lifted not reduced.

but for normal weight people C is not small. seems ridiculous to me to worry about going below DD. If you're not overweight, that is too big.

I am a 34D in my profile pic. Am I overweight?

My "curves" were just excess fat. I look better without it. The smaller version of me is, IMO, sexier and more feminine.

And as far as DD's being too big if you aren't overweight....I was a DD at 135. It's just the way I was. If that's how your body is, it's not wrong or too big. Geez.

At my largest, I'm not even sure if I was even an A cup, so I find the posts in here whining about being some letter I have never even heard of in bra sizes as being too small to be ridiculous.
