I dont know what it is lately i have no energy. I feel like i could fall asleep at my desk right now. It isnt a food coma because i felt like this before i ate. We have been really busy remolding the house and getting ready for my daughters one year birthday party. But wow man i am exhausted......... i gotta find the energy to go to the gym after work. I tried caffinee but that didnt even work.......

I'm right there with you. Last month I was burning 1000+ calories a day. The past two days I've barely hit 400. I just woke up from a lunchtime nap so hopefully I'll get a little boost to do something after work.0

Interesting. Everything all at once? Well u can do it! Gym is probably not that enticing but how bout a walk around the block or dancing in your room. Sounds silly but movement is what counts. It doesnt have to be a super extreme workout for it to count. I find doibg this is better than the gym because if i go when im extremely tired i get irritable and discouraged. Anyway goodluck you can do it

The standard questions of "Are you getting enough to eat?", "How's your intake?", "Are you sick?", "Do you have a glandular problem?", etc., etc. will ensue following this post [or prior to this one, if I take to long to hit "post reply"].
Feel free to answer those questions in the meantime for a bit of background clarification.0 -

So many people on here look down on "unintentional exercise" but when I factor unusual daily activity - remodeling my house, for instance - into my exercise calories and eat a little more to compensate, I find that I have the energy I need to get through a day.
Also, I read a study recently that found that eating an apple is better for energy boost than coffee. Good luck getting through it all!0 -
I completely relate. I have been feeling the same way. But I work two jobs and 7 days a week for a total of 80 hours a week and I don't get much sleep. I think mine is due to burn out.0

Vitamin D. I just started taking it from purityproducts.com and I have tremendous energy I didn't have before
A simple blood test at the Doctors will tell you if that is what it is OR just try it and see. I could tell a difference in one week0 -

I am averaging about 1100-1300 cals a day. I am not sick. The weather has been crappy and i am longing for 70degrees! I dont have any glandular problems because i was tested before i started this journey. I just dont get it.. Hoping maybe the sunshine today will help me get motivated to head to the gym!The standard questions of "Are you getting enough to eat?", "How's your intake?", "Are you sick?", "Do you have a glandular problem?", etc., etc. will ensue following this post [or prior to this one, if I take to long to hit "post reply"].
