  I found the "WalkatHome" series on YouTube. Google or use YouTube and search for "WalkatHome". There are varying levels of difficulty. They are older but do the trick.

  This is another great one if you only have a few minutes to squeeze something in. I did this several times as well in another challenge. And the view isn't so bad either....

  I found the biggest loser exercises on you tube. I have been doing those. They seem to be helping
