Nice warm-up video, post up the real PR when you get a chance?

That was my initial thought on watching the vid -- went up real easy for a PR. Congrats, and can't wait to see the next PR!

PR=/= max. It just means at this moment this is the most weight she has pulled. This thread does not say New deadlift MAX does it.

I know, it was a friendly joke about how easy she made that PR.

    yup.

That came up too easy, she can definitely put a few more pounds on there.

    Very good work.

Congratulations on both the loss AND the PR! I'm jealous of how easy you make it look.

Thanks so much everyone! I am wanting to know what my max is, and know I will get there eventually. For right now though, just gradually increasing things to continue to make improvements to my form and get my body used to lifting heavier and heavier as time goes on.

Awesome, like others have said, you made that look effortless for a new PR! Go you! :D

    Great form on that lift.

Now, the next time you set a seemingly easy PR like that, keep adding to it. You did an easy 240. Now slap a 10 on each end and do a 260. Do it for two reps. Or three.

Seriously. When the weights feel like paper, keep pushing it!

That's great. I think you could add at least 40lbs to that
