I want to start eating all-lean foods during my workout process. What foods would fall under that category.

dietary fat is an essential macro-nutrient...trying to cut out all dietary fat is a horrible idea...you need fat for nutrient absorption as well as proper nervous system function and brain function among other things...dietary fat doesn't make you fat.
Personally, I'd just recommend a well balanced and varied diet consisting largely of whole food nutrition. Shop primarily the outside perimeter of your grocery store.0
