First off, I have to say that all of you did a WONDERFUL job Paying it Forward! I enjoyed reading all of the different ways that you came up with to Pay it Forward! You should all be very proud of yourselves for the GREAT work you did spreading the love and Paying it Forward!

Please enter your weight in the Weigh-In Tab only.

The spreadsheet has been changed so that the weights entered in the Weigh-In Tab will automatically flow into the Wk Tab. Manual entry is not necessary in the Wk Tab anymore. :)

    I need help it won't let me log my weight in my new weight since the holiday fest I now weigh 171.5 I am not worried i know I will lose it
