Hey all fitness people,
Just to introduce myself
Well I'm Rachael, rach for Short. I'm 22 years old and I'm from Halesowen UK. I'm a mother to two young children and since having a child iv let myself go so now iv started a healthy eating plan to cut my calories straight down to 1000-1200 i have struggled to eat that amount of calories with 3 set meals and a snack. I'm hoping to have dropped 4 Jean sizes. Feel free to comment and introduce yourself

Hey there
If your finding it hard eating so little work your app goals again to lose one lb a week better slow and steady than giving up in a week. I have to lose over 112 pounds (8stone) so here for the long haul. Feel free to add me
For me what feels me up is a
Egg omelette Packed with tomatoes onions prawns
Plenty of veg protein0 -
That sound great I should have to try that and when I said struggling I mean I'm struggling to eat that many with the meals I'm having on my first few days I was only consuming 900 calories but I'm aware that not good for the metabolism so iv tryed upping the calories but struggling. I feel as though sticking to 1200 calories is too much because I'm still able to eat quite abit with that amount of calories0

Yeah i understand what you mean, this app has put me on 1810 after a workout food ect i still have about 600-800. Eating a pizza thats packed full of calories is so different than eating a cup of cherry tomatoes Thats 28 calories. But try and up your calories if your eating under a 1,000. What about to rashes of bacon 400 calories. Handfull of mix nuts theres always something to help boost you up. Theres no reason why you cant have a egg bacon cheese muffin for breakfast or even a slice of shepherd's pie for dinner with veg. But it is hard to overload on lightly packed calories food0

Yes don't I know it my sins are takeaways I eluded to eat slot of them but after reading the calories in a Chinese or chippy it horrified me aha.0

Hehe yeah dont i half no it, pizza and a movie night with cider. Chips with cheese and Dip. Chessy chips. Really is a eye opener of the amount of food been eating. What 2,000 calories for a large pizza and now. Truly amazing how filling healthy food is. I find i have loads of calories left over after eating plenty of veg fruit protein. But still can treat yourself. With a hot chocolate. Or even a homemade chinese or fish and chips. Hehe yes even a good old home made pizza. Dont deny yourself, the food you love just have smaller portions0
