How much are you looking to lose? I need to lose about 50.... Gonna do my best to get it done.... Trying to keep track of what I eat and a combo of yoga mixed with c25k. Only been two days but feeling better

I'm walkin every other day five miles and drinking tons of water. Keeps me full. Eating belvida blueberry biscuit/cookies as snacks in between meals and they have 230 calories each pkg and they give me energy and keep my appetite at bay until my next meal. Since I exercise I eat every three to four hours and keep my calorie intake btwn 230-300. It keeps my metabolism going and never feel tired. It works for me. It took a lot to get a for for me but I also eat a lot of proteins in meat when I can0
