how do I track the fat protein fiber stuff like that when I'm entering my am calories

Don't use quick calories. You have to actually log what you eat to see the nutrients.0

You don't if your doing quick calories because they're well 'quick calories'. To track everything else you need to log properly by individual foods off the database0
