Thought I would start this morning. I am up the two lbs I lost on the last report. It is so frustrating, I think I have gained and lost these two lbs a hundred times! I am loosing inches, because my clothes are all getting baggy, but I sure want the scale to move and STAY moved!

That is frustrating, Deb... But loose clothes are a great sign that you are on track. I am FINALLY down one pound this week, but over this past week the scale kept fluctuating - going up as much as 2½ pounds and back down again, for no apparent reason. Ours is not to question why ... ours is but to stay the course.
This week I choose to focus on how much better I feel - more energy, more flexible, getter stronger and gaining more stamina - rather than the number on the scale. That feeling of better health is what I am after!

Man - this group is keeping me afloat.
Deb -- I can totally relate. I am a half pound down, but the scale traveled up and down and, at one point, was almost a whole pound lower than where I'm at today. I want to feel better, stronger and fit in some of my skinnier wardrobe. But - I want to see that scale go down too!
AND - Kathy, thanks for putting the emphasis on what IS happening! I don't tend to look for the bright side. (I'm more of a brow-knitter.) But, to follow your lead, I can say I'm very happy to have been able to up the weight on my barbell and make it (almost) through the class without a break.0 -
Happy to say I am still below my goal ..... Just keeping going!

Well, I'm up 1 pound but on the bright side, I'm still 1 pound under goal. I too found the scale fluctuating a fair bit this past week and I think it may be the extra salt. Although I must admit I have been eating some treats. These I have been logging and accounting for with my exercise. We must stay strong and not give up. We're still a lot better off than we were before we started. Think positive thoughts!0

Everyone here has a great attitude. Lose or gain, it's always great to read the positive steps everyone is taking. Good job to all! As for me, I'm pleased to report that I'm holding steady at goal.0

I weighed in on Sunday and I was up 1/2 lb. *muscle, right?* hahahaha
I don't hold out much hope for this week, because I came down with the flu and I can't exercise.. I feel better today but I don't want to do anything to make myself cough.. my throat is pretty raw today. Ugh.

Hello to all you Wednesday people.
I have been having some health challenges for the last couple of weeks (nothing serious) and have chosen not to log for a while. I realized today that it is not the logging that is difficult but the measuring and cooking. So I have just been grabbing whatever is easy but not always the best. Also I have not been able to do my walking or any exercise.
Editing as only 1/2 my post showed up. Huh?
My weight today was at the high end of my range...actually at goal but my 2 week average has stayed at the low end of my range.
I hope to get back to everything soon....really soon!
Everyone have a good week.

I'm with most of you and just held steady with ups and downs in between, but 154 for me again today! I'm good with that...(yeah, right).0
