OMAD Lowers Cholesterol...

My buddy at work is one of those with high cholesterol. About 3 weeks ago, we started talking about OMAD and his body's inability to respond to most medications, so he went on a loose OMAD plan with a daily cup of grape juice and apple cider vinegar. After the meal, he only has an apple before bed and eats his OMAD meal mid-morning. He is also severe hypothyroid and has now experienced weight-loss from 288 to 276 lbs.
BEFORE:
TC=224 MG/DL
HDL=33 MG/DL
TRG=290 MG/DL
LDL=133 MG/DL
NON-HDL=191 MG/DL
TC/HDL=6.9
AFTER ONE MONTH:
TC=180 MG/DL
HDL=37 MG/DL
TRG=229 MG/DL
LDL=97 MG/DL
NON-HDL=143 MG/DL
TC/HDL=4.9
This individual is now upping his efforts even more.
