Hi guys after extensive research I narrowed it down to those 2 casein powders.
- Optimum Gold Casein seems clearly the best SELLER...however the content of protein is not that high considered the grams per serving...
- Hardcore Micellar Casein by Muscle Feast seems one of the cleanest out there and the % protein to serving is 90%. No sodium or additives. Just Stevia.
Do you have any suggestion between those 2 or do you recommend something else??
Thank you for your help....:)))

I'm using ON Casein mainly because of the reason you mention above and the company has what seems to be a solid reputation. I haven't done any research or have any experience with the other choice. By the way, I'm new to supplements and it can seem very confusing with everyone's two cents but at some point you have to decide what works best for your body. Why don't you try them both? Purchase smaller quantities and see what works for your body and nutritional goals.0
