Hi im christine im new would love some friends to give me motivation i workout at home but cant shift the pounds i im stuck .Im 31 i love doing insanity, hip hop abs, jillian michaels, Brazil butt lift, zumba, yoga, im doing lesmills cobat at the moment but i get board so i mix them up lol im a coffee lover too its bad i know lol

  • Thats what its put up i persume its something to do with working ot 5 times a week i dont know how they work it out lol x

    "Activity level" drives the calories, and target weight loss rate. What did you put for those ?
