how would i count this?

so today i worked in my familys plant nursery. a worker quite and they had to have the plants planted today. so they inlisted little ole me. I carried four, gallon buckets full of plants and dirt back and forth. i would carry them and drop them off and bring trays of plants back. how might i log this as excercise because it was excercise.

You can try this site http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/burned/calories_burned_Gardening_general.html and see if the number compares to what comes up in MFP for gardening, general without the personal information. I'd opt for the custom results more than the MFP ones. Best idea is to use a HRM in situations that are outside of your normal activity level.0

Well, the only way that I know to log these is have a hear rate monitor. Otherwise, try to find the "gardening" entry and log as that.0

a friend of mine told me about it, it has a very extensive list of activities. Takes your age and weight into account. don't know how accurate it is, but it should give you a general idea!0 -
there is general gardening in the database or walking carrying weight also in database, I would just search different things and pick what seems the closest to what you did.0
