I've finished with JMBR :) Results are 8.6 lbs down, 12.4 inches lost and 4-5% bodyfat lost. My goal was a loss of 12lbs to 124lbs so 3.4 lbs away from that - I did kind of slack off with my diet especially in weeks 9-10 though. Hopefully I'll see a pound or two go this week - often I lose a bunch just after finishing up with a regime so fingers crossed. I'm really happy with my muscle tone results at the moment - DH says that the last two weeks workouts in particular really made our back muscles ripple. He was glad to get to the end of it - "I'm done with that woman! But of course he's really chuffed with his results - says it's the closest he's ever come to a 6 pack. So plans are to take a break for a month - off to Thailand next week (I'll take a ballet conditioning DVD and the resistance band) and then maybe start up again when I come back but with Ripped in 30 as my Phase 1. Will post Phase 3 end photos in next post.
