    Yes. They absolutely do. Or businesses like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig wouldn't be in business.

    There's an easy test. Are you offering a free 5 day challenge to have people join your facebook group which may have something to do with you being associated with a company which sells weight loss products which you may, at some stage offer to sell to said joiners of said group? If so - you're shilling.

    Oh, and also in violation of the rules of MFP.
