Feeling light headed

For the past week or so I have been feeling light headed.

Just wondering if anyone experienced this when starting out?

I usually log all my exercise at 250 calories (Zumba, BodyStep, Bodycombat). I usually do all the low impact exercise options so not sure how much I am truly burning, as MFP overestimates.

Normally I eat about 1500-1600 calories and net at about 1300 after exercising.

Since I have PCOS, I am trying to stick to net of 1200/1300 calories, and watching my carbs but I am usually at 120g or more for carbs (vegetarian)

What are your age, height, weight, age, and activity level? What time of the day are you exercising and are you eating beforehand?

You really need to discuss this with a doctor and not ask internet randoms if they have experienced this. They may have but not for the same reasons. Go see a doctor my friend.

Dehydration? Illness? Allergies? Any new medications? I dunno. A doctor is who I would talk to about this, there are too many variables here for any of us to even fathom a guess as to why you are dizzy/light headed

I can't see why it would be your calorie and exercise intake. It could be a multitude of things- being dehydrated, not getting enough sleep, a virus, stress. If it goes on longer than a week, see your doctor, until then take it easy.

It could be a number of things, depending on another number of things.

For instance, how tall are you, what is your starting weight?
Are you warming up properly before working out?
Do you eat before you work-out, to fuel your body?
Do you feel content at the the end of the day, or are you still peckish, because maybe you need more than your target calories?
What kind of stuff are you eating?
    Are you getting enough sleep?
    Do you drink enough water?
Have you been ill recently, or feel like you could be heading that way?
Are you over-heated? (Cool down is just as important as warming up.)
Do you get allergies bad in Spring/Summer?
Are you over-exerting yourself in your work-out? While it's good to push hard, you can go a little too hard to your body if it's not been worked up to that yet. :)

Just a few things to think about. If it gets any worse, I'd pay a visit to your doc. Even if it's something minor, you've lost nothing by checking it out. Feel better!

Note: I missed most of these things when I first started out, and I was light-headed alllllll the time, but just blamed it on the summer heat.
