Hi. Well the first week I lost a lot of water weight. Now I average around 1.5 to 2 pounds. I eat around 1400 calories. I cut back on drinking alcohol. I also go to the gym 6 days a week. 40 minutes on the elliptical 5 days a week in the morning and Zumba one day a week. I also got a Fitbit and try to walk as much as possible. Just moving more and eating less

Don't forget to add in some resistance training. If you don't use muscle, you'll lose muscle (weaker and less muscle tone) which is going to be part of your weight loss.
