Hello! Welcome to MFP! It's been my experience that this is a wonderful supportive site. Because it shows struggle with weight (up or down), pals who have co-morbid diagnoses, those who need to gain weight, are managing diabetes, hypertension, gastric bypass/wls surgery, expectant mothers, stay at home mothers/fathers, go to work mothers and fathers, anyone...add anything that fits your situation because it's been my experience is that the only normal is strange/change! Normal is a fluctuating entity. All is flux, nothing stays the same.
