:( Stayed under my calorie goal for today but got involved with a snack attack and, if it weren't for exercising, I would have been over for the day.

One thing I'd like to see is when people post their results, add a short sentence of how you cope with late night snacking. I'm sure their are great ideas from everyone. I'll start ---

When I get the munchies and have no calories left in my account for the day, I go to bed early, even if it's before 8:00 p.m.

One of the problems I have after cut-off time is that I sometimes will say to my partner that I need a glass of "water," when what I should have said if I were truthful, I am going to sneak a handful of peanuts or goldfish or the inevitable cookies that are about the house. I try and fill my glass before I head into the bedroom and then the kitchen is off-limits until the morning.

    Peace,

    Jeff :|

I added last evening to LNS but I had a very sensible snack that I needed because my day's calories were too low. I could work on the timing of when I eat, but I have mixed feelings about eating in the evening. I will say this: Late Night Binge= 0

Thanks, Carolina. I appreciate the support. This month has been a tough one for some reason. But, I did well last night.

You are on here and keeping track of your LNSing. That in itself is a great accomplishment! Don't give up. One day at a time.
