    Allow yourself the occasional snack but don't go overboard, everything in moderation

    Try to find higher protein snacks when you get the attacks. They will keep you satiated longer than consuming Doritos, Ritz crackers, cannddddyyyyyyy chocolate.. I keep packages of tuna in my office drawer almost always, eat boiled eggs daily, veggies, protein powder (vegan/ non vegan/ whatever) and veggies. I caved and ate some weird Red Curry Kettle Chips last night and string cheese. I am not perfect.

    calories PW is a better indicator than calories PD. Be smart, and sensible and don't use a bulk as an excuse to dip into useless foods, but if you are hungry then drink water and/or eat!!!
