    Hey I'll bite with this!

SW: about 300 (let's just say I avoided a scale like a plague lol)
    CW: 173

I have a "large frame" very wide hips (I doubt I'd ever be smaller than an 8, and im barely a 10 now) and shoulders.

I'm hoping to be down another 13 pounds... but dang it's hard at this point! Would also like my chest back... lol.

    Forgot to mention I'm 5'11"

    Such an inspiration!! Awesome job!!

I'm concerned that my scale is lying about my actual weight. I'm 5' 8", and when I decided to make a change the scale told me I was just over 184 lbs. I'm down to 164 lbs. now(according to the same scale), and my goal is 140. But all the ladies I'm seeing that are the same height, and at the same weight as my CW or even above, have much better looking progress than I do.

Your body fat percentage makes a big difference in how you look at a certain weight. I know that when I was at the weight I am at now before, I wore a much larger size.

I've been weight training, and while my weight is up, my clothing size is way down...

I was thinking the SAME thing! I keep looking at these photos thinking I am that weight or less but don't look near as good. Hmmm weight training you say?

43 years old, 5'10". When I started watching what I eat at the end of October '14, I was 157.8lbs. I don't have a before picture from that point but I have a midway picture from February when I started to use Soylent. My initial goal was 135. When I hit that, I changed it to 130. This morning, I weighed in at 128.6 and this seems like a good place to stop (or even gain some back).

    I have a straight/banana body shape. My waist was 32" when I started and it's now 27.5".
