Get a food scale
Weigh and measure everything you consume
Log it accurately
Don't deprive yourself , eat the foods you love but learn portion control.
Best of luck to you !!0 -
Absolutely agree above. Don't deprive yourself; however, use portion control. There is no 'black magic" with controling weight. Calories in > calories out: Gain weight. Calories in < calories out: Lose weight. Good luck to you!0

Trying to lose for week now, but no results. What should I do?0

What are you currently doing? Activity? Food intake? With 4 kids, I'm sure you don't have a ton of time to work out, but you can definitely lose the weight. On the same journey. I'm originally from Jamestown, NY.0

I'm trying to measure my food and I am working out at Curves gym.0

Try Fitnessblender.com. That's how I have exercised for free. Their workouts are for every level of fitness and range from 5 minutes to 2 hours!! The food has been the hardest for me, but after finding healthy alternatives to things, it's so much easier now! Good luck!0
