Today has been 10 months since joining MFP and I hit 90 pounds lost at my weigh-in today. This thread has certainly been a big help for keeping my nights on track and helping me take it to the next level. Watchout 100, here I come!
Congrats on your success on MFP! Some people think this is a diet but it's not its a life long journey.

I did my first weigh in and lost 5.4 lbs.
A lot of the credit goes to sticking to this challenge of no LNS.0 -
Joining last, I was telling my husband yesterday that I think I eat the same calories from 7pm - 10pm, as I do from 7am - 7pm!!0

I am a late night snacker. I found I do OK with a cup of cocoa. I use unsweetened cocoa powder, real vanilla and stevia. It doesn't quite taste like rich creamy cocoa but it works for me. I have had chocolate, feel indulgent, and don't add many calories!0

Hi, I just joined and this is day 2 of logging for me. Both nights I had a great day - then ruined it after dinner . I'd like to join this challenge; I could really use some support.0
