finally started w eating right and exercise

Hi
Been at this for about 3 weeks i work out 5 x per week 2 days of that with a trainer. Need to lose mid section and it is tough. Need to lose about 25 lbs.

    Keep at it just make sure you're in a caloric deficit. As long as you're working out you will lose the weight. Your body decides when the midsection fat will go. Hope this helps
