Ben here im 83 days into MFP. Lost about 10 lbs. not really exercising just doing FitBit for noe and just staying within my .05 lbs a week loss. I'm in it for the long haul not a quick weight loss because I want to be in my bikini top for summer. I'm about to do Insanity. Anyone ever try it?0
